A Persian grey pottery animal rhyton, the long-snouted animal standing with head stretching forwards, a small spout in its mouth, with short-necked mouth and handle on its back; and a Luristan bronze beaker on wide circular shallow-footed base, the concave sides decorated with a chased frieze of three wild goats walking in profile to the left, two of them grazing, an encircling band of guilloche above and half circles below, a single handle riveted to one side, repaired -- 6 7/8in. (17.5cm.) and 3 5/8in., (9.1cm.) high respectively, both early 1st millennium B.C. (2)
