(12cm.) long max., 3rd-4th Century A.D.; a Roman lamp with single loop handle and moulded central discus with figure of Eros; another with a horse, both with maker's mark on the base -- 4¼in. (10.8cm.) long average, 2nd-3rd Century A.D.; a small pottery lamp, the shoulder with 'dolphin' lug, dark slip; another similar; a lamp with pierced central discus and twin nozzles -- 3in. (7.6cm.) long av., all 3rd-2nd Century B.C.; and others from various periods
