on a rising circular foot engraved with vines, ears of corn, bullrushes, a crucifix, flower heads and foliate swags, the knopped stem chased with friezes of foliage and berries, with a plain inverted bell-shaped bowl - 10¼in. (26cm.); and an unmarked parcel-gilt circular paten, the reverse engraved with a cross - 5¼in. (13.50cm.), weight of chalice 12.50oz. (2)
