A Meissen outside decorated clock case the rectangular case pierced with paterae to the sides and painted with panels of figures in gardens among scattered sprigs and birds, the arched top painted with views of lakes, surmounted by a bacchic putto, a classical female standing to the side, beside her a begging poodle, on shaped rectangular base, blue crossed swords mark, incised No 68, late 19th century (possibly composite, damages and restoration) -- 38.5cm. high
