A Chinese blue and white ginger jar painted with stylised shou characters alternating with suspended lotus flowers -- 8½in. (21.5cm.) high; and a further jar with dense scrolling lotus flowers and leaves -- 8¼in. (21cm.) high, both 18th Century, (both with covers missing, one with body crack.)
