A Gubbio lustre oviform storage jug painted in buff and ruby lustre on a blue ground with scrolling bands, stylised dolphins amd masks, the spout moulded to the base with flowerheads, the handle terminating with a webbed mythical beast mask, applied with two further ropetwist handles, marked Gubbio, late 19th century (chip and crack to foot and rim) -- 43cm. high
