A bone and ivory shrine in the form of an inro with two doors opening to reveal a standing Buddha on a lotus petal base flanked by two attendants, the exterior carved with immortals beneath pine in shaped panels, flowers and foliage, attached ivory ojime carved with birds in flight -- 3 7/8in. (9.9cm) high.
