Album containing over 250 photographs, one oval salt print 8 x 6 in., this stamped Moffat on recto, the others albumen prints, various sizes to approx. 9¼ x 12½ in., variously mounted, one page comprising a composite of several trimmed photographs with hand-painted background added, several captioned in ink or pencil on mounts, occasional clipped signatures attached, half morocco (partially disbound with covers detached), 4to.

Including one portrait of a lady (M.S. Robertson) by Moffat; a portrait group showing the Hon. F.C. Drummond and other family members with Lord and Lady Strathallan; another large society group including members of the Drummond family, the Duke and Duchess of Athole (sic), the Dowager Lady Menzies and others; a half-plate portrait titled "Willie Duff"; two large oval views, one titled "Gathering at Blair Athole Sept. 4th 1859"; several carte-de-visite-size portraits including members of the British royal family; half-stereo views including river scenes with men fishing; a tree study; views at Blair Athole (sic), Oakley House, Loch Tummel, Admiralty House Sheerness, Cape Town and Simons Bay; a group aboard H.M.S. Narcissus and six other shipping studies; and one portrait of three Chinese men.
