A globular tripod koro and pierced domed cover with seated karako finial and upright handles, painted and gilt with a shaped panel depicting a lady and scholar playing musical instruments on a terrace flanked by numerous children, the reverse with rakan and attendants in a rocky landscape, each with their various attributes, all on a flowerhead, geometric and stippled ground, the cover with a band of flowers -- 13¾in.
