A miniature table terrestrial globe, 6-inch (15cm.) diameter, made up of two sets of twelve gores and north polar calotte (the gores poorly mounted with some restoration to equator, and considerable restoration to South Polar region, some abrasions), metal axis, later unmarked brass meridian circle, mounted on a Dutch-style ebonised and oak stand, papered horizon circle supported by four turned ebonised legs, cross stretchers supporting the base plate and centrepost -- 10½-inches (27cm.) high
