A FRENCH KINGWOOD VITRINE, late 19th/early 20th century

Of Louis XV style, applied with gilt-metal mounts the breche d'alep marble top above a frieze decorated with Bacchanalian cherubs and floral swags, the bevelled glass door above an apron centred with an oval portrait of cavorting putti, the canted angles applied with cherub masks and musical trophy mounts, with bevelled glass sides, on cabriole legs trailing to gilt sabots
