A Cantonese famille rose punch bowl painted and gilt with European figures on horseback hunting deer with bows and arrows, a pack of hounds running along side, all in hilly tree strewn landscapes before pavilions, alternating with cartouches of birds among blossoming branches, the interior with scattered flowers and shells to the rim -- 10¼in (26cm) diam, 18th century, (restored).
