Whilst Ekland was in Stockholm, Sellers took Victoria to Hollywood with him where he was starting a new film but consistently sent Ekland's mother roses and cassette tapes with loving messages. One of these was a recording which he made with Victoria on a trip to Disneyland.

The Bobo was the second film which starred both Sellers and Ekland. It was first screened in May 1967 whilst Ekland was away.
