(32cm.), circa 1890; a fan, the cotton leaf printed with deer in a wood, with some outlines embroidered in metal thread including a bird, with wooden sticks - 15in. (38cm.), late 19th century; and an American fan by Hunt Allen, the satin leaf painted with crab apple blossom, the sticks of "Allen ivory", of simulated ivory - 13in. (32cm.), circa 1890
