Hesse-Cassel, No. 3341, the telescope with rack and pinion focusing, cross-wire adjusters, graduated bubble-level on axis, with separate cross-bubble located on twin pins, the enclosed vertical circle with additional bubble-level, silvered scale, twin verniers and magnifiers, the shaped support with universal bubble-level mounted over the horizontal plate, with enclosed chamfered silver scale with two verniers and magnifiers, incorporating tangent-screw fine adjustment with clamp, on three-screw tripod attachment, the levelling screws with disc-pad feet -- 15.1/2in.
