A Chinese Imari oil jug with pinched spout and loop handle, painted and gilt with shaped panels of peonies on a ground of trailing prunus branches -- 6in. (15cm.) high; and an oblong octagonal teacaddy decorated with panels of chrysanthemums, lotus and peonies -- 4in. (10cm.) high, both 18th Century, (handle cracked on oil jug, cover missing and chips to extremities of teacaddy.)
