A Newhall pale blue ground part dessert service printed and painted to the centres with a basket of fruit, within a border moulded in white relief with a frieze of birds and stylised foliage, comprising: eighteen dessert plates, a rectangular stand, three twin-handled serving dishes, four similar and smaller and four leaf-shaped serving dishes, enriched in gilt, painted pattern no. 1627, circa 1820
