A Hanau powdered manganese ground pewter mounted tankard painted in colours to the front with a circular reserve of a bird beside rockwork issuing flowers, between turqoise lappet borders, the pewter cover with ball finial and insert medallion for Charles XII of Sweden, painted marks to base, circa 1720 (cracks running down from rim) -- 21cm. high
