A Dresden blue ground twin handled bowl of shaped rectangular section with scalloped rim, on arched and scroll moulded feet, reserved with cartouches printed and painted in colours with battle scenes, within a border of gilt scrolling foliage, the interior gilt with bouquets, crown D mark (damage and repair) -- 39cm. wide; and a Meissen plate moulded and painted with flowers and fruit among scrolling trellised panels, blue crossed swords mark (firing cracks and slight wear) -- 27.5cm. diam.
