A Kashan turquoise glazed bowl incised and slightly moulded to the interior with a band of stylised scrolling foliage, the exterior painted with vertical bands and swastikas, the glaze falling short of the foot to reveal the buff pottery -- 7in. (17.8cm) diam, 13th/14th century.
