A well engineered small scale model of Crosskill's single oscillating cylinder stationary engine of circa 1860, built by G. Dimelow with inlet and exhaust steamways with flanged ends, overmounted crankshaft with entablature supported on four turned tapered columns, spoked flywheel and round bed finished in blue, grey and polished brightwork -- 5in. (12.7cm.) high wood base, flanged connector for compressed air operation
