A well engineered model of Murray's Hypo-cycloidal Engine of 1802 built by A. Mount with cylinder 1in. bore x 3in. stroke mounted on pierced 'A' frames with tie rods and square headed nuts, inward facing valve chest and separate steamways, studded stuffing boxes, overmounted crankshaft with internal and external tooth gears, eccentric with tapered rod and spoked flywheel, finished in brown and polished brightwork, on an oak plinth -- 12¾ x 9in.
