A Staffordshire salt glazed stoneware 'King of Prussia' ermine ground teapot and cover
oviform with crabstock handle and spout, enamelled in puce, green and blue with a profile portrait inscribed 'Fred. Prufsiae Rex', on a shaped cartouche, the reverse cartouche with a crowned eagle bearing shield and ribbon inscribed 'Semper Sublimis', circa 1755-60, the decoration probably later (damages and repairs) -- 9cm. high
