A four case roinoruri ground gold lacquer inro decorated in iroe hiramakie and aogai inlay with dragonflies, a praying mantis and a grasshopper beside bundles of wood and vines, nashiji interior -- 2¾in. (7cm) high, (small chips, old wear); and a guri lacquer four case inro incised with stylised flowerhead design, nashiji interior, oval metal ojime and ivory manju netsuke -- 3¼in. (8.3cm) high, (small areas of restoration).
