A Crown Derby Persian style vase and cover
the lobed oviform dark blue ground body decorated in raised gilt and white enamel with panels and bands of stylised flowers, applied with scroll handles pierced with blossom and leaves, with a domed cover and octagonal foot, monogram G.E. to base, iron red mark, year cypher for 1888 (very minor wear) -- 42cm. high
