A pair of gilt metal mounted Vienna style vases and covers
urn shaped, each painted with a similar classical scene within seeded gilt panels, signed, on blue, pink, claret, yellow and purple grounds decoraterd in raised gilt vignettes of animals and scrolling leaves, applied with gilt metals shoulders, covers and handles above plinths cast with plaques below mask above drapery swags and panels of scrolling leaves (probably composite, some slight wear) -- 24.5cm. high See illustration (2)
