A pair of Vienna style ewers
each painted with two classical scenes of figures in woodland within seeded gilt oval panels with raised scrolls, between horizontal panelled bands painted and gilt with urns, scrolling foliage and key pattern bands, the cylindrical bases similarly decorated, the necks with spiral bands of gilt leaves and leaf moulded rims, blue shield and crowned D marks, late 19th century (slight wear to gilt) -- 56.5cm. high
