emblematic of Geography, modelled as a maiden standing, writing on a tablet, before her a globe surrounded by four winged putti and devices, behind her a seated putto above a book, scroll and an oval shield with the arms of Saxony, before a palm tree on a rocky mound base, blue crossed swords mark, incised numerals, Pressnummern, late 19th century (damages and restoration) -- 39cm. high
