the rectangular case pierced to the side with a burst of leaves in pink, turquoise and gilt, painted with panels of figures among scattered sprigs, moulded with square columns to the corners, supported by a shaped rectangular base painted with panels of birds among branches and scattered sprigs, beside the case a standing female figure wearing loose draped flowered robes, blue crossed swords mark, late 19th century (some damages, restoration and replacements) -- 39.5cm. high See illustration
