A Chinese export armorial warming dish with central crest bearing a dester arm holding a cross crosslet with the motto 'Deo Juvante' on a ground of birds, butterflies and scattered flowers painted in green enamels and gilt -- 10 5/8in. (27cms) diam.
The arms are most probably of Aitken but could also be of Molesworth or Adams of Devon.
