with inset panel painted with a seated Buddha above steps and Buddhistic lions and lotus petals, the details inlaid in coral and malachite -- 4½.in (11.5cm) high; and a Singhalese ivory mask of a snarling mythical animal -- 3½.in (8.9cm) high, both 18th Century, (old wear).
