A pair of famille verte plates painted with the Eight horses of Muwang frolicking and grazing in fenced, rocky, tree strewn landscapes within borders of trees issuing from rockwork -- 8½in. (21.5cms) and 8¾in. (22.2cms) diam, Kangxi, (one cracked and with rim chips, one with minor rim nibbles).
