A late 19th Century diamond brooch pendant, of oval cluster openwork form, the centre set with a single untested pearl, suspending twin pear-cut diamond drops and a central diamond and pearl drop, with detachable brooch fitting and platinum neckchain, in a fitted case with applied rectangular silver plaque engraved with the inscription "H.M.S. AMPHITRITE, LAUNCHED BY Mrs T.E. VICKERS, BARROW IN FURNESS, 5th July 1898.
