the rectangular top with moulded rim above a panelled fall front enclosing a fitted interior with compartments, a pen-tray and hinged inkwell above a leather-lined writing slope flanked by an associated candle sconce and two brass handles, on standard end supports joined by a velvet covered stretcher, on lappeted platforms with turned feet -- 23in.
