A Rajasthan ivory carving of a lady wearing long robes and jewellery painted in gilt, the figure standing with her arms at her sides -- 5½in. (14cms) high; and a further Rajasthan ivory carving of a man, simlarly modelled and painted in gilt, holding an object in his right hand -- 6in. (15.2cms) high, painted wood stands, 18th century, (age cracks, chips and some restoration).
