A Regency mahogany striking bracket clock
the case with brass ball finial to a waisted above the breakarch top, barss stop-fluted three-quarter pilasters to the front angles, arched fishscale sound frets to the sides below lion mask ring handles, the rectangular base on ball feet, with ebony line inlay below the off-white painted dial bearing signature McCABE ROYAL EXCHANGE, the twin wire fusee movement with anchor escapement and strike on bell (replaced), engraved border to the backplate, probably associated -- 21¼in. (54cm.) high
