The first a salt print, 14¼ x 11 7/16 in., top corners trimmed; the second a light albumen print, 9¾ x 7 1/8 in., titled in pencil von [Campi....] and with traces of grey paper at corners on verso; the others salt prints, each approx. 9¾ x 7 1/8 in., the last numbered 32 in the negative on paper with watermark De Canson, titled in pencil on verso Forum des Nero. Siegert, Rom von Hundert Jahren, pl. 55, shows a print from the same negative as that used for the albumen print, but the reproduction shows that a number has been added later to the negative.
