Album containing twenty-four hand-tinted albumen prints, each approx. 8 x 10 in. or the reverse, occasional numbers in the negatives, printed title labels on mounts, tissue guards, morocco-backed black cloth, titled in gilt on front cover, oblong 4to.; with a later album of Japan comprising seven gelatin silver prints. Including Yokohama, Tokyo, Hakone Lake, Kobe and Nagasaki; a view of the Fujiya Hotel at Miyanoshita, 'Great Boiling Springs, Hakone', street scenes and a view of Metaki (waterfall) at Kobe; and three portrait studies including one of Buddhist priests.
