Art by Alfredo Capitani, (1895-1985).
Gilda, more than any other of her films confirmed Rita Hayworth's position as Hollywood's 'Love Godess'. She oozed sexuality as she sang "Put The Blame On Mame" and danced whilst slowly peeling off a pair of elbow-length gloves. Italian posters for Hayworth films are amongst the most highly sought after from the 1940s. The Italian Gilda style B poster offered here is the only known copy and is the actual one pictured in the book by Balthazar Charton and Louis Capitaine L'Affiche De Cinema.
