The fan stall, a fan, the leaf painted with a fair, the center booth inscribed No. 127 magasin, selling fans and lengths of silk, a tent inscribed Par Permission, possibly a fortune teller with a violinist standing in front, to the left a booth selling jewels and bisquits, the verso with a man by a monument, the ivory sticks carved, pierced, silvered and gilt with figures - 10in. (27cm.), circa 1760 (old repairs to leaf)
