A German fan, the leaf painted with peasants resting after the vintage, the verso with a woman in a landscape, the ivory sticks pierced and painted with flowers, the guardsticks cloute with tortoiseshell and mother of pearl, the pivot has an elaborate white metal handle - 11in.(29cm.), probably Augsburg, circa 1730
