A well engineered 3½in. gauge model of a C.N.R.R. 2-8-0 locomotive and tender,
built to the design of Buffalo by D. Williams with brazed copper boiler stamped 12891 with radiant superheaters, twin water gauges with Klinger glasses, pressure gauge, safety blower, twin injector, clack, blowdown and other valves. Chassis details include twin outside cylinders with Baker valve gear, fluted connecting rods, cab controlled draincocks, mechanical lubricator, two injectors, duplex feed pump, whistle, oil boxes and pipes, bell, cowcatcher, head lamp, steps and hand irons. Tender details include twin four wheel bogies with hand operated brake gear, water cocks, hand irons and ladder, finished in matt blue and black -- 12 x 51in. (31.5 x 129.5cm.).
