signed on the Y-shaped foot J H STEWARD 406 STRAND, the binocular tubes with rack adjustment, the Ross-type arm located on the massive limb with tightening screw, and incorporating micrometer fine adjustment, with rack and pinion coarse focusing, double nose-piece, mechanical stage, the sub-stage condenser mounting with circuit rack adjustment, the lower limb with plano-concave mirror, with two accessory cases containing numerous items including a micrometer eye-piece, a rotating prism, a spotted lens, a bottom prism, a case of modifiers, four other objectives, a 1-inch and a 2-inch Lieberkuhn, a live-box, various tweezers, forceps and other items, with large bull's-eye condenser, in fitted mahogany case with swing carrying handle -- 24in.
