A flaring vase decorated with panels of warriors and ladies in river landscapes on floral and foliate grounds -- 5¾in. (14.5cms) high; a ewer and cover with moulded dragon handle and spout painted and gilt with birds among peonies on riverbanks -- 5in. (12.7cms) high, signed Hattori; a miniature tripod koro and cover similarly decorated -- 3½in. (9cms) high; and a pair of baluster vases with officials and further warriors -- 7in. (18cms) high, (one with chip to rim and foot, the other with chip to rim and crack.)
