An oviform miniature vase painted and gilt with a continuous band of figures eating and drinking and working before retreats in a mountainous river landscape, the shoulder with a collar of dense kiku heads -- 3½in. (9cm.) high, signed Yabu Meizan, (section of rim broken, some restoration to rim.)
