Team: W. A. Brown, E. H. Bromley, T. W. Wall, W. J. O'Reilly, L. O.'B. Fleetwood-Smith, L. S. Darling, C. V. Grimmett, H. I. Ebeling, A. G. Chipperfield, D. G. Bradman, W. M. Woodfull (Capt.), A. F. Kippax, S. J. McCabe, W.A. Oldfield, B. A. Barnett, W. H. Ponsford. Australia won 2 Test matches, England 1, and there were 2 draws. Bradman recorded an aggregate of 758, with an average of 94.75 for 8 innings. Towards the end of the tour he was taken ill, hence his absence at the time this photograph was signed by the rest of the team -- when he did sign it on 4th May 1995, he and W. A. Brown were the tour's only survivors. Another great factor in the Australians' success was the bowling of Grimmett and O'Reilly, "fit to rank with any of the famous pairs of the past as a match-winning combination."

Spotting to mount.
