HARD COURT CHAMPIONSHIPS, BOURNEMOUTH 1932-36. A series of five 9ct. gold medals by Messrs. Fettarini & Sons of Bradford and London, awarded to the winner of the Men's Singles at the Lawn Tennis Hard Court Championship of Great Britain at Bournemouth between 1932 and 1936, the obverse of each medal showing the figure of Merit kneeling before a tennis net, the reverse with legend: "The Lawn Tennis Hard Court Championships of Great Britain" surrounding the engraved inscription: "Men's Singles Champion F. J. Perry" and given year, 38mm. (1½in.) diam. (5)
