A 14ct. gold medal awarded to the members of the Great Britain team, winners of the Davis Cup, the obverse showing the Davis Cup trophy in relief, the reverse with legend: "International Lawn Tennis Championship" around an engraved inscription: "Davis Cup 1935, Great Britain (Holders) beat United States of America (Challengers) by 5 Matches to 0. F. J. Perry, Singles," suspended by a red, white and blue striped silk ribbon from a gold brooch with pierced monogram and oak leaf decoration, medal 38mm. (1½in.) diam.
