A Royal Worcester reticulated cream jug
attributed to George Owen, the double walled baluster body pierced with a fine honeycomb pattern in pale blue reserved with gilt beads, between pink ground sections gilt with zig-zag bands 'jewelled' in turquoise and white among meandering leaves, the handle with 'jewelled' ornament, painted RS to base for the gilder Samuel Ranford, impressed and puce marks, date letter N for 1878 (some minor firing faults) -- 9.8cm. high
