painted with a half length portrait of Louis XVI within an oval panel flaked by putti among clouds and portrait of beauties of the Royal court, titled, within 'jewelled' gilt panels issuing two tone gilt scrolls and foliage, comprising: oviform teapot and cover, sugar bowl and cover, milk jug, two cups and two saucers and shaped oval tray, imitation Sèvres marks, circa 1860 (some damages and repairs), the tray -- 34cm. wide, fitted case
